I was part of the team involved in the branding and design of the logo of the show.
Heroes Among Us:
Heroes. The heroes we encounter in our everyday lives are the people who make us better, safer, stronger, and more secure. They are the first responders, law enforcers, educators, health care workers, parents/guardians, mentors, and volunteers we encounter every day. In our world, they are our superheroes.
Superheroes were given their start and nobility in the comic book setting. That and my life-long interest in comic books are the driving forces for this project. I have always been intrigued by the idea of heroes who help others. I feel that I have been blessed with people in my life who I consider heroes, and I wish to give them superhero treatment. In the end, this comic book with variant covers is my homage to all of the heroes within all our lives, and I hope that it will have a positive and lasting impact on the people who see it.
